I am a fully qualified and registered E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance (with additional RPYT for pre/post natal), a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider and a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master. I am dedicated to my personal practice – there is no substitute for the amount of time you spend on your mat – and I truly understand the importance of breath work.
Group classes are studio based, individual 1:1 sessions can be undertaken either at client’s homes, studio or outdoor locations
