I have proof within my own mind and body of Yoga’s benefits, and that makes me incredibly passionate about sharing this amazing practice. Yoga is like a bridge that helps you travel from one space to another and whilst there is no substitute for the time you need to spend on your mat in practice,  let me share with you the different keys that I have discovered so that you too can find your freedom,  unlocking that place inside where you feel empowered yet humble, balanced yet independent, light yet grounded

Yoga is my solace, my secret place, my passion and connection to something so beautiful and sacred there are no words. They say ‘Do what you love and love what you do’ – I’m one of the really lucky ones who can say I absolutely do....

Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility, conditioning, relieve stress, recover from illness. improve your overall health and fitness or are focussing on a specific posture, in either my 1:1 private or group classes I go above and beyond to offer a consistent, supportive and caring environment. We can identify your goals and work together within the balance of sincere effort vs grace and surrender, I will encourage , motivate and support you to with well planned and tailored classes, great music and a fun vibrant energy

I am a fully qualified and registered E-RYT200 with Yoga Alliance (with additional RPYT for pre/post natal), a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider and a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master.  I am dedicated to my personal practice – there is no substitute for the amount of time you spend on your mat – and I truly understand the importance of breath work.  

Group classes are studio based, individual 1:1 sessions can be undertaken either at client’s homes, studio or outdoor locations
